  • Office Administration:
    • Provide general administrative support, including managing emails.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, events and appointments.
    • Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with company goals.
    • Create engaging content for various platforms, including  Instagram and Tik Tok
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels.
    • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.


  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms.
  • Ability to create compelling and visually appealing social media content.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
